Principal of real estate firm lists Greater Uptown 4BD for $2.195M

Charles H. Herder and his wife, Carol, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 5452 Sugar Hill Drive in Greater Uptown for $2.195 million.

The 5,635-square-foot property was built in 1993 in the Tanglewood subdivision. Patricia Fitzgerald is the listing agent.

Mr. Herder is a co-chairman and principal at Colliers International, a commercial real estate firm in Houston. He also serves as a member of the board of directors at Colliers USA as the chairman of the finance committee.

He has been practicing in the commercial real estate business for 34 years. His current practice involves medical real estate, office leasing, land acquisition, general consulting and investment real estate. He has served with Exxon Chemical, with the El Paso Co. and with Appelt Womack.

He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas.
