Oil and gas industry exec asking $1.35M in Eldridge/West Oaks

Jorge Machnizh has listed for sale a seven-bedroom, six-bath home at 2011 Crescent Palm Court in Eldridge/West Oaks for $1.35 million.

The 6,696-square-foot home in the Lakes of Parkway subdivision was built in 2004. Thea McShay of John Daugherty Realtors is the listing agent.

Mr. Machnizh is an oil and gas industry executive based in Houston. He most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Paradigm. Prior to that, he served as a vice president of North American and Latin American operations for Landmark Graphics. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years at Schlumberger Geco-Prakla.

He obtained his degree in geology from the University of Southern California and his master's degree in geophysics from the Colorado Schools of Mines.
