Offshore drilling exec lists Spring Valley 5BD for $1.21M

Bjoern C. Jacobsen has listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 8618 Lupton Lane in Spring Valley Village for $1.216 million.

Jacobsen acquired the property in July 2008. The 4,361-square-foot house was built in 2008 in the Cedarwood subdivision. Diane Kingshill of Martha Turner Properties is the agent for the property.

Mr. Jacobsen is the chief financial officer of Fearley Offshore, an international advisory, consulting and brokerage firm based in Houston. He previously served the same position at Frigstad Discoverer Invest Ltd.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
