Andy Weiner and Katherine Weiner have listed for sale a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 8719 Stable Crest Blvd. in Greater Uptown for $3.15 million.

The 7,509-square-foot house in the Stablewood subdivision was built in 1993 and is valued at $2.2 million. Kathy Richardson of Martha Turner Properties is the listing agent.

Andy Weiner is the founder and president at Weiner Development, a full-service shopping center management company. Previously, he served as a chief operating officer at Weiner Stores.

He holds a B.A. from Stanford University in economics and political science and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
