The 6,555-square-foot house was built in 1956 in the Holly Hill subdivision. It is valued at $1.37 million. Pama Abercrombie of Greenwood King Properties is the listing agent for the property.
Ronald Ormand is the co-chief executive, chief financial officer and director at Tremisis Energy Acquisition Corporation II. He serves as the executive vice president, director and chief financial officer of Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation, which engages in oil and gas exploration and production, and as a director at GreenHunter Energy Inc.
He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of California-Los Angeles. He also attended Cambridge University.
