Healthcare EVP relists Hunter Creek Village 5BD

Randy P. Giles and Debbie A. Faulkner relisted a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 10819 Roaring Brook Lane in Hunters Creek Village for $2.2 million.

Giles and Faulkner originally listed the property for $2.85 million in July 2011. Judy LaFico of Gary Greene Realtors is the new agent for the listing.

The 8,566-square-foot home in the Karankawa Pines subdivision was built in 2002. It is valued at $2.35 million.

Giles is the executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of Coventry Health Care, Inc. Previously, he was the CEO for the Houston and South Texas operations of UnitedHealthcare. Before his career at UnitedHealthcare, he served as a group controller at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Florida and New York. He has also worked at Ernst & Young.

He has a B.A. in political science and economics from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Emory University.
