Architect's estate relists Pine Hollow 3BD for $1.45M
Pauline W. Bolton and the estate of Preston M. Bolton have relisted a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 266 Pine Hollow Lane in Greater Uptown for $1.45 million.
The Boltons originally listed the home Re/Max of Texas for the same amount in August 2011. Patrick Miller is the agent for both listings.
The 5,261-square-foot house was built in 1970 in Pine Hollow subdivision. It is valued at $941,651.
Preston Bolton was an architect. He founded and headed P.M. Bolton Associates.
He earned his bachelor's degree in architecture from Texas A&M University.
He died in November 2011.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 543 home sales in Greater Uptown during the past 12 months.
