Museum director's estate lists in Greater Uptown
The estate of Mae Adelman Davidson has listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 311 Longwoods Lane in Greater Uptown for $1.33 million.
The 3,846-square-foot house was built in 1970 in the Longwoods at Houston subdivision and is valued at $1.13 million. Jack Burns Brady of Hometown America Inc. is the listing agent for the home.
Davidson served on the boards of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Contemporary Arts Museum.
She studied at Wellesley College, Sophie Newcomb College and Rice University.
She died in April 2011.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 543 home sales in Greater Uptown during the last 12 months.
