Venture capital exec lists Piney Point Village 6BD

Preetish Nijhawan and Shirin Nijhawan have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 11223 Tynewood Drive in Piney Point Village for $3.4 million.

The Nijhawans acquired the property from 2720 Baldwin LP in December 2005. The 9,223-square-foot house was built in 2005 and is valued at $3.1 million. Sabiha Rehmatulla of John Daugherty Realtors is the listing agent.

Preetish Nijhawan is the managing director at Cervin Ventures, a venture capital firm. Previously, he was the chief financial officer to various software companies such as JME Software, Scalable Software and Neon Enterprise Software.

He received his M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, his M.S. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Shirin Nijhawan is the owner at The Coffee Groundz, a local coffee shop.

She attended De Anza College and earned a B.A in Political Science from Delhi University.
