Energy exec relists Bahr 6BD for $2.95M

Andrew P. Becnel and Kristin H. Becnel have relisted a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 824 Country Lane in Hunters Creek Village for $2.95 million.

The Becnels originally listed the home with John Daugherty Realtors for $3.5 million in February 2011. Ann Lerner is the agent for both listings.

The 8,012-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Bahr subdivision. It is valued at $2.94 million.

Becnel serves as a senior vice president and chief financial officer at Weatherford International Ltd., an international oil and natural gas service company. He joined the company as an associate general counsel in 2002. Prior to Weatherford, he served as a securities counsel in the investment and securities trading division at Koch Investment Group Ltd.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Amherst College and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
