Drilling exec lists 4BD home in Piney Point Village for $2M

Lyle Eastham and Andrea Eastham have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 34 Tynebrook Lane in Piney Point Village for $1.99 million.

The Easthams previously acquired the property in August 2005. The 5,031-square-foot house, built in 1958, is valued at $1.12 million. Kellie Geitner of Martha Turner Properties is the listing agent.

Lyle Eastham is the president of Big E Drilling, where he was previously an executive vice president.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 29 home sales in Piney Point Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.59 million.
