Wealth advisor buys 3BD condo in Greater Uptown
Pinhas Bendayan bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 661 Bering Drive in Greater Uptown from Maurilia H. Demendez and Arturo Mendez on March 1.
The 1698-square-foot condo, Unit 409, is the part of the Woodway Place Atrium condominium development, built in 1980. It is valued at $142,959.
Bendayan is the managing director of wealth management at Merrill Lynch. Previously, he worked with Shell Oil Company.
He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 275 home sales in Greater Uptown during the past 12 months.
