Energy lawyer buys 2BD condo in Memorial

Lisa D. Harville and Milton Scott Powell bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 150 Gessner Road in Memorial from James Merritte Johnson Jr. and Amelia Lyle Ralls on March 2.
The 1,865-square-foot property is part of the Tealstone condominium development, built in 1983.
Harville is a senior attorney at BP America Inc., where she focuses on oil and gas law and power and renewables transactions.
She obtained her J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her B.A. from Texas A & M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 28 condo sales in Memorial during the past 12 months.
