Dr. Michael Atkinson Norman and Jennifer N. Hoang sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 12707 Boheme Drive in Memorial to Santiago Pena on March 23.

The 1,196-square-foot condo is part of the Memorial Bend Place condominium development.

Dr. Norman is a board-certified general surgeon and critical care surgeon affiliated with Ben Taub General Hospital.

He received his M.D. from Emory University School of Medicine, where he also completed a fellowship. He completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine.
