The estate of Roy E. Whitley has listed for sale a five-bedroom, seven-bath home at 20 E. Rivercrest Drive in Briar Forest for $4 million.

The Whitleys acquired the property in April 2008. The 12,765-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Briar Forest. It is part of the Rivercrest subdivision. Jo Reid of John Daugherty Realtors is the listing agent.

Whitley was the founder of Ranger Steel Supply, a steel plate distributor.

He passed away in January 2012.
