Philippe Khoury has listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 59 Williamsburg Lane in Bunker Hill Village for $1.4 million.

Wisse Sinis Enterprises LLC paid $3 million for the property in April 2007. The 5,755-square-foot house was built in 1962. It is located in the Doering Place subdivision. Albert Schneuwly of Evan S. Howell Inc. is the listing agent.

Khoury is the president and CEO of Atlantic Trading and Marketing Inc., a crude oil trading and shipping company. He serves as one of the board of directors at Encore Solar. He previously served as senior vice president at ELF Trading. Prior to ELF, he was a vice president of a refining and marketing company.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in economics and finance from Webster University in St. Louis.
