Insurance exec, banker grab Greater Uptown 3BD
Daniel J. Cotuno and Julie Solomon Cotuno acquired a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6225 Chevy Chase Drive in Greater Uptown from Katrina M. Hinojosa and Scott H. Hudson on June 6.
The Hinojosas acquired the property in October 2005. The 2,595-square-foot house was built in 1955 in Greater Uptown. It is part of the Briargrove subdivision. Harris County assesses the home's value at $565,000.
Daniel Cotuno is vice president at USI Holdings Corp., a distributor of property and casualty insurance and employee benefits products. He previously was a senior associate at Plumhoff & Associates, an employee benefits specialty firm.
He attended Williams College.
Julie Cotuno is vice president of commercial real estate lending at Amegy Bank.
She has a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
