Lynda Kornbleet has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 9234 Wickford Drive in Greater Uptown for $3.25 million.

Kornbleet acquired the property in September 2007. The 7,259-square-foot house was built in 2009 in the Bayou Woods subdivision. Sonia Tersigne of John Daugherty Realtors is the listing agent.

Kornbleet is the president of Payless Insulation, a provider of insulation, weatherization, sound treatment and fireproofing services.

She holds a B.A. in drama from the University of St. Thomas.
