James G. Frankel and Carol D. Frankel have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 610 Lindenwood Drive in Hunters Creek Village for $3 million.

The Frankels acquired the home in July 2000. The 7,844-square-foot home was built in 1999 in the Memorial Drive Manor subdivision. Brian Spack of Greenwood King Properties is the listing agent.

James Frankel is the owner of Frankel Building Group, a custom home building firm. He is an honored life director of the Texas Association of Builders, an ambassador for Texas Children's Hospital and a member of the board of directors at the Houston Ear Research Foundation. He is a former president of The Greater Houston Builders Association.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas.
