Memorial massage service sued after alleged sexual assault
A woman is suing over claims a Memorial-area massage therapist sexually assaulted her.
Jane Doe filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, June 6 in the Harris County District Court against Massage Heights of Parkway Village and others, citing gross negligence.
Doe says on May 17, 2011, a massage therapist sexually assaulted her while she was a customer at Massage Heights of Parkway Village, located at 13410 Briar Forest in Memorial. Massage Heights failed to act two months earlier when the same massage therapist allegedly sexually assaulted another customer, according to the brief.
Doe is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Pearland attorney Jennifer Kahn.
