Charles Bray earns Eagle Scout Award
Charles Evan Bray of Boy Scout Troop 55 in Pottsboro earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Bray completed 30 merit badges and served as patrol leader, scribe and chaplain's aide.
The son of John and Karen Bray, he is the grandson of W.C. and Margaret Roher of Houston, and John and Shannon Kelemen of Lewisville.
During his five years in Scouting, he attended summer camp and the National Scout Jamboree. Bray also worked at Camp James Ray.
Bray's Eagle Court of Honor ceremony was held on June 2 at St. John's Episcopal Church, where he was presented with a flag that was flown over the Texas Capitol in Austin.
