Mail carrier sues after accident in Memorial
A mail carrier is suing after, she says, she sustained serious injuries while delivering parcels in Memorial.
Teresa Soliz filed a lawsuit on Monday, June 11 in the Harris County District Court against Phuc Luu and Ngoc Lu, citing negligence and gross negligence.
Soliz says on June 29, 2010, she was seriously injured while delivering U.S. mail and parcels to the defendants’ home, located in the 8400 block of Hammerly Boulevard. The injuries occurred when Soliz tripped and fell in holes hidden in the defendants' yard.
Soliz is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Bruce Johnson.
