Westchase District hires new assistant projects director
Tom Gall will be working with a project team on the Westchase trail system, as well the installation and maintenance of Westchase District’s signage and landscape project.
Gall has 30 years of construction management experience. Previously, he worked as a consultant for a major urban redevelopment project in Grayfield, which included multiple street reconstruction projects. He received a Bachelor of Science in building construction management from Purdue University.
“Tom has considerable experience in project management and, more specifically, trails and developing urban spaces,” said Westchase District General Manager Jim Murphy, according to a press release.
Gall is also involved with several local organizations and projects, including the Greater Houston Partnership’s Committee for Parks and Greenspace, BikeHouston, Buffalo Bayou Partnership, the Houston Pedestrian Bicycle Advisory Committee and the White Oak Bayou Association.
