Seymour Lieberman Exercise Trail great for summer fitness

The Seymour Lieberman Exercise Trail, located across from the tennis center, is a 2.93-mile trail made of crushed granite and packed earth that many Houstonians use for daily exercise.

Along the trail are multiple exercise stations and a workout station close to the tennis center.

The trail is well-lit and features restrooms and water fountains.

There are also multi-use trails located on the south side of Memorial Drive for hikers, bikers, skaters and equestrians.
