Registration begins Aug. 6 for adult softball leagues

Slow-pitch and fast-pitch softball leagues are being offered at park sites throughout the city.

Participants must be 18 or older. League divisions include men's B/C/D and coed.

Registration runs from Aug. 6 to Aug. 24.

The league will play 10 games between Sept. 10 and Oct. 26. Games will take place from 6:30-10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Cost to play is $250-$300 per team. There is also a $20 Amateur Softball Association fee per calendar year.
