Convenientcast Inc. changed its name to Dewmar International BMC Inc. on April 30 after its Articles of Incorporation were amended.

The name was changed so the company's consumer base could more easily recognize and relate to the existing branding that's been developed over the past several years.

Dewmar is an American-based company that works in development, manufacturing and marketing, with a business strategy to create high profit-margin functional products for niche consumer markets.
