Spring Branch runner completes Orange Leaf 5K

Luke Oliver, 78, of Spring Branch, completed the Orange Leaf 5K in 36:07.

The event was held Saturday, July 14 in New Braunfels. A total of 169 runners finished the 5K race, which started in the parking lot of Orange Leaf-Creekside Shopping Center.

The course is USA Track and Field-certified.

Connor Keisling, of Atlanta, was the men’s overall winner with a time of 19:59, while Betty Schulte, of Sabinal, was the winner in the women’s division in 24:11.
