Memorial apartment operators blamed for fall

A Houston man is suing over claims he suffered injuries after falling in Memorial.

Donald Crosslin filed a premises liability lawsuit on July 24 in Harris County District against Harrison Madison Tri Associates.

Crosslin says on March 28, he sustained injuries when he fell over a railing at Heritage Apartments and Leasing, located at 2666 Marilee Lane in Memorial. According to the brief, the railing did not meet building code requirements.

Crosslin is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Alan Kolodny.
