Man sues Memorial company after he loses three fingers
A man is suing over claims an unsafe work environment in Memorial caused him to lose three of his fingers.
Christopher Mulgrew filed a lawsuit on Friday, July 20, in the Harris County District Court against Memorial-area Spectraseis, citing gross negligence and negligence.
Mulgrew says on Feb. 24, 2011, he lost three fingers while on the job at Spectraseis. The suit alleges the accident happened because the company failed to provide safe equipment for employees.
Mulgrew is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Michael Patrick Doyle.
