Spring Branch man blames neighbor for alleged pit bull attack
A Spring Branch man is suing over claims two pit bulls attacked him from behind as he gathered branches in his yard.
Canh Tran filed a lawsuit on July 26 in the Harris County District Court against Spring Branch residents Edward Frazier and Tyler Frazier, citing negligent handling of animals and negligence per se.
Tran says on May 17, two pit bull dogs violently attacked him as he worked in the yard of his Spring Branch home, located in the 10000 block of Emnora Lane. The suit alleges the attack happened after the dogs escaped from Edward Frazier's back yard.
Tran is seeking attorney's fees, court costs and damages. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Gary Cerasuolo.
