ComedySportz celebrates teacher appreciation weekend

ComedySportz will hold a teacher appreciation weekend celebration Friday, Sept. 7 and Saturday, Sept. 8.

Teachers can attend any of the ComedySportz Matches for half price on adult admission. The Friday, Sept. 7 show starts at 8 p.m. and the Saturday, Sept. 8 shows start at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

An adult show for people ages 17 and older will also take place at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7.

Teachers need to show their school or district badge at the door to receive the half-price discount. The discount cannot be combined with other ComedySports offers or coupons.

ComedySportz is Houston's longest running improvisational comedy presentation. In addition to the mentioned ComedySportz Match shows, a Kidz Matinee is also presented at 4 p.m. on the first Saturday of each month.

ComedySports is located at 901 Town & Country Blvd., in Houston.
