Quillian Center to offer several adult sports leagues this fall
Multiple adult sports leagues are being offered in the fall by the Quillian Center, a ministry of First Methodist Houston, located at 3663 Westcenter Drive in Houston. Quillian Center will be hosting co-ed softball, co-ed volleyball, men's softball and men's basketball. Participants are encouraged to invite friends, neighbors, co-workers or small group members to form a team or register as an individual. The men's softball league will play from 6:30-10 p.m. on Monday nights starting Sept. 10. The fee to play is $275 per team. Co-ed softball will be played from 6:30-10:30 p.m. on Tuesday or Thursday nights starting Sept. 11 and Sept. 13. The fee is $275 per team. Men's basketball will be played from 1-9 p.m. on Sundays starting Sept. 9. The fee to play is $425 per team, which includes game officials. Games will feature five players on the court at one time for each team. Indoor adult volleyball will be played from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesdays starting Sept. 12. The fee is $150 per team.
