Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Aug. 19-22

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 19-22:   A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Aug. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 40-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 21 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Briar Forest.    A Houston woman was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended on Aug. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 52, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 19 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in Wilcrest.    A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on charges of assault of a family member and injury to a child, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 25-year-old male lives in Wilcrest Drive in Houston.    A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a third-degree felony charge of retaliation-assault with bodily injury to a public servant, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 32-year-old male lives in Wilcrest in Houston.    A woman was arrested on a charge of theft between $50 and $500 on Aug. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 17-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 21 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in Hayes.    A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving without a Texas operator's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance on Aug. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 22 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Tully Road.
