CITGO opens 'Fueling Good' registration
Houston-based petroleum company CITGO's fourth Fueling Good charity program has begun. Nonprofit organizations in the 27 states where CITGO gasoline stations are present can enter to win CITCO gift cards to support their causes. CITCO will divide $60,000 between 12 organizations, each receiving $5,000 each in gift cards, which are good to purchase fuel and convenience items from CITGO stations. To register, visit FuelingGood.com and enter by Tuesday, Oct. 16. Once the entries have been submitted, the general public can vote online for their charity of choice to win the gift cards. Online voting will be held from Wednesday, Oct. 17 to Wednesday, Nov. 28. The winners will be announced by CITGO in December. The charity program is open to those nonprofits in areas of environmental protection or restoration, energy assistance, education or social investment or health and well-being.
