Weekly sales roundup for Memorial, week ending Sept. 16

There were 13 sales in Memorial for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 12534 Overcup Drive. Leon R. Sinclair III and Lisa G. Sinclair sold the home to Hongping Ouyang and Zhaohui Zhang on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 7,319-square-foot, five bedroom, four bath home was built in 1960 and is located in the Memorial Pines subdivision.
