Weekly sales roundup for Spring Valley Village, week ending Sept. 23

There were five sales in Spring Valley Village for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8817 Merlin Drive. Birdwell Properties LP and Birdwell Steven sold the home to Charles F. White III and Karol K. White on Sunday, Sept. 23. The 2,376-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1955 and is in the Cedarwood subdivision.
