Westchase real estate sales, Oct. 7

There were three real estate sales in Westchase for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11635 Versailles Lake Lane. Gaynell Theresa Floyd Drexler sold the home to Clyde Drexler on Sunday, Oct. 7. The 6,429-square-foot, five bedroom, six bath home was built in 2000 and is located in the Royal Oaks Country Club subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 10075 Westpark Drive to Ovidio D. Ramirez and the sale of 10047 Westpark Drive, Unit 32, to Tina Chang.
