Adams Automotive, named after founders Perry and Patty Adams, has been serving the Memorial and Spring Branch areas for more than three decades. All of the technicians have received ASE master status, a designation achieved by only 7 percent of auto repair workers. The business earned a 100 percent AAA customer satisfaction rating in 2007 and has routinely topped 90 percent in subsequent years.  The shop promises same-day service for most repairs, and it provides a shuttle for those who are without transportation while their vehicles are serviced.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND: The technicians are able to perform nearly any mechanical repair work, and they are also willing to sublet body work to make the total repair process more convenient for customers. The shop has been in business since 1980, so there is a wealth of experience available among its large staff of technicians, all of whom are ASE certified.
