Memorial incident report, Oct. 11

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Thursday, Oct. 11:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:21 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Augusta Drive and Burgoyne Drive.

At 1 p.m., an automatic alarm incident occurred at Briar Forest Drive and Briar Bayoo Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 9:12 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Briar Forest Drive and South State Highway 6.

An EMS event was reported at 11:58 a.m. at Brimhurst Drive and Hay Lane.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 9:04 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fleetwood Oaks Drive and Crossroads Drive.

An automatic alarm incident was reported at 12:02 p.m. at Sage Road and Richmond Avenue.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 4:16 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Westmead Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 10:15 a.m. at Woodway Drive and Fondren Road.

At 11:56 p.m. a check for fire incident occurred at Kellywood Lane and Hunters Den Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 12:12 p.m. at 11100 Briar Forest Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 7:16 a.m. at 11900 Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 2:48 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 14000 Westheimer Road.

At 8:43 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 1600 Eldridge Parkway.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 2:45 a.m. at 500 W. Sam Houston Parkway North.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 11:43 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 5000 Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 3:34 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 5000 Westheimer Road.

At 4:58 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 858 Dairy Ashford.

At 8:18 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 10398 Westheimer Road.

At 5:45 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 2500 Gray Falls Drive.

At 10:12 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 5100 Westheimer Road.

A minor accident was reported at 5:13 p.m. at 999 W. Sam Houston Parkway N.
