Strake Jesuit grad Frazier plays in Pennsylvania State University loss

Strake Jesuit High School graduate Tim Frazier contributed 23 points in Pennsylvania State University's 72-55 loss to North Carolina State University on Thursday, Nov. 15 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, according to Pennsylvania State University's website.

The Pennsylvania State University senior guard also recorded five rebounds, two assists and three steals for Pennsylvania State University, who are 1-1 on the season.

Pennsylvania State University's next game is Friday, Nov. 16 on the road against Providence/UMass.

Frazier played at Strake Jesuit in 2006-2009 leading them to state semifinals as a senior. He was named the number one recruit in the state of Texas out of the class of 2009 by TexasHoops.com. In that same year Frazier was also ranked 13th among point guards by ESPN and given an overall grade of 89 (against top 115 nationally) by ESPN. While starting four years and captain for three, Rivals national recruiting service rated him a three-star recruit and, among many other accomplishments as a senior, Frazier was named MVP and All-Greater Houston Player of the Year. Lettering in football and track, he is the son of Billy and Janice Frazier.
