Second Baptist grad Person helps Case Western Reserve to victory
Second Baptist graduate Julien Person contributed six points in Case Western Reserve University's 66-53 season-opening home win over Bluffton Friday, Nov. 16 at Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland, according to Case Western Reserve's website.
Person also recorded five rebounds, three assists, a steal and two blocks for the Spartans, who got their season off to a winning start.
Person is a sophomore guard for Case Western Reserve University. He is a 2011 graduate Magna Cum Laude of Second Baptist High School in Houston, where he was named to the All-State Tournament Team and All-District Second Team, and to the National Honor Society. The management major is the son of Christophe and Beatrice Person of Houston.
