The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Monday, Oct. 15:
A check water flow alarm was reported at 3:45 p.m. at Augusta Drive and Burgoyne Drive.
At 2:40 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Augusta Drive and Burgoyne Drive.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:51 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Augusta Drive and Westheimer Road.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 7:09 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Briar Forest Drive and Briar Bayoo Drive.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 9:33 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fountain View Drive and Inwood.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 9:52 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Lazy Hollow Drive and Westheimer Road.
At 9:53 a.m. an automatic alarm incident occurred at Memorial Drive and South Mayde Creek.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:47 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Memorial Drive and Tully Road.
An EMS event was reported at 8:11 a.m. at North Post Oak Road and Katy Freeway.
An EMS event was reported at 11:38 a.m. at Piping Rock Drive and Ashford Hollow Lane.
A call regarding an automatic alarm incident was received at 10:58 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Sugar Hill Drive and Briar Ridge Drive.
At 2:14 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Woodway Drive and Deerwood Road.
At 11:43 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Woodway Drive and Lazy Hollow Drive.
A fire event was reported at 7:47 p.m. at Briar Ridge Drive and Westheimer Road.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:43 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Bunker Hill Road.
A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:33 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Lazy Hollow Drive and Westheimer Road.
At 8:35 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Legend Lane.
An EMS event was reported at 11:53 p.m. at South Voss Road and Westheimer Road.
At 6:54 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Valley Vista Drive and Valley Vista Court.
An EMS event was reported at 8:58 p.m. at Walnut Bend Lane and Wilcrest Green Drive.
A call regarding a traffic hazard incident was received at 6:53 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 12000 Westheimer Road.
A minor accident was reported at 1:38 p.m. at 12600 Westheimer Road.

At 3:35 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 7500 San Felipe St.
A call regarding a non urgent traffic hazard incident was received at 8:16 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 920 N. Eldridge Parkway.
A call regarding a minor accident was received at 6:08 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 2300 Lazy Hollow Drive.
At 5:30 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 5900 San Felipe St.
At 5:38 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 651 Bering Drive.
