Second Baptist grad Person helps in win by Case Western Reserve
Second Baptist High School graduate Julien Person contributed seven points as Case Western Reserve University won 69-56 over Denison Monday, Nov. 20 at Livingston Gymnasium in Granville, according to Case Western's website.
Person, a sophomore guard, also recorded four rebounds, two assists and a block for the Spartans, who improved to 2-1 on the season.
Case Western's next game is 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25 on the road against Kenyon.
Person is a 2011 graduate Magna Cum Laude of Second Baptist High School in Houston, where he was named to the All-State Tournament Team and All-District Second Team, and to the National Honor Society. The management major is the son of Christophe and Beatrice Person of Houston.
