Lamar High School launches new website

Lamar High School in Houston recently announced its new website, hosted by www.schoolwires.com.

According to a school press release, the new site provides faster performance with additional web features.

The school underwent several months of planning and development in creating the site to meet the needs of parents, students, alumni and faculty.

New features include printable calendars, up-to-date academic information and a searchable faculty directory. Each school organization will have its own web pages with calendars, news and subscriptions.

The school is seeking public input, feedback and suggestions on the new site by emailing feedback@lamarhs.com.
