The Houston Police Department reported the following incident Monday, Oct. 22:

At 4:45 p.m. an EMS event occurred at 6600blk Woodway Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 6:41 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fondren Road and West Airport Boulevard.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:47 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Bayoo River Drive and Bayoo River Court.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:40 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Bering Drive and Bering Circle.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 4:51 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Briar Forest Drive and South Gessner Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 9:42 a.m. at Country Place Drive and Fern Drive.

At 3:18 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Memorial City Way and Gaylord.

A call regarding a fire event was received at 1:55 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Memorial Drive and Glencove Street.

An automatic alarm incident was reported at 5 a.m. at North Post Oak Road and Katy Freeway.

At 10:03 a.m. an EMS event occurred at North Wynden Drive and Wynden Crescent Court.

An EMS event was reported at 9:52 a.m. at Old Oaks Drive and Tallowood.

At 12:17 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Shannon Valley and Brandywyne Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 1:32 p.m. at Vindon and Attingham Drive.

At 12:59 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Westview Drive and Gessner Road.

At 7:49 a.m. an automatic alarm incident occurred at Woodland Park Drive and Westheimer Road.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 6:47 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Electra Drive and Kimberley Lane.

At 10:01 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Kimberley Lane and Wax Myrtle.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:07 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Briar Forest Drive and Valedictorian Drive.

At 8:10 p.m. a motor vehicle incident occurred at Briar Forest Drive and Valedictorian Drive.

At 8:42 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 10398 Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 1:17 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 11200 Westheimer Road.

At 10:42 a.m. a non-urgent traffic hazard incident occurred at Lakeside Place Drive.
