The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Thursday, Oct. 25:

At 8:27 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Briar Forest Drive and Trace Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 10:33 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Briar Forest Drive and Walnut Bend Lane.

A call regarding an a check patient incident was received at 5:02 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Bunker Hill Road and Long Branch Lane.

A rescue event was reported at 2:04 p.m. at Fountain View Drive and Burgoyne Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 9:29 a.m. at Maple Valley Road and Briar Drive.

At 9:04 a.m. an automatic alarm incident occurred at Sage Road and Holly Terrace.

At 3:55 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Spring Hollow and Timber Terrace.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 4:36 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Spring Hollow and Timber Terrace.

An EMS event was reported at 3 a.m. at Threadneedle and Barryknoll Lane.

At 4:02 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Town and Country Lane and Katy Freeway.

An EMS event was reported at 4:10 p.m. at Town and Country Lane and Katy Freeway.

At 2:38 p.m. a motor vehicle incident occurred at Woodland Park Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 6:14 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Eagle Vista Drive and Piney Woods Court.

An EMS event was reported at 8:07 p.m. at Enclave Parkway and Westella.

An EMS event was reported at 10:21 p.m. at Kinkaid School Drive and San Felipe Street.

An EMS event was reported at 5:32 p.m. at Sage Road and Ilfrey Lane.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 6:38 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Woodland Park Drive and Richmond Avenue.

An EMS event was reported at 7:55 p.m. at Woodway Drive and Lazy Hollow Drive.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 8:56 a.m. at 1200 W. Loop S.

At 4:01 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 1400 Hayes.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 7:27 a.m. at 2410 S. Kirkwood Drive.

A minor accident was reported at 4:24 p.m. at 7500 Westheimer Road.

At 8:13 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 811 Town and Country Lane.

A minor accident was reported at 11:40 a.m. at 998 Frostwood.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 8:46 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 10600 Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a non-fatal major accident was received at 8:43 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 10612 Westheimer Road.

At 5:59 p.m. a traffic hazard incident occurred at 6100 Westheimer Road.

A call regarding a minor accident was received at 10:19 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to 6200 Westheimer Road.

At 5:25 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 754 Bateswood Drive.
