The Tasting Room's Uptown Park and City Centre locations are hosting special events on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

The Tasting Room's Uptown Park and City Centre locations are hosting special events on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Uptown Park is hosting a wine dinner from 6-8:30 p.m Monday, Dec. 31. The meal will include three courses prepared by chef Jonathan LeBlanc. The menu will include Crabmeat Maison, wild rocket arugula salad or Morel mushroom risotto, pan-seared sea bass or grilled New York Strip and bananas foster prepared at the table. Each course will be paired with a wine that has been chosen for the event.

Uptown Park's party will run from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31. The party will have live music, a champagne toast and a midnight balloon drop. LeBlanc will prepared snacks for the evening that will be paired with sparkling wine.

The cost is $50 for the party, $55 for the dinner or $89 to attend both. The price for couples is $90 for the party, $99 for the dinner or $175 for both. Wine pairings for dinner are an additional $20 per person.

Uptown Park's New Year's Day event will run from 2 p.m.-midnight Tuesday, Jan. 1. Guests will be able to eat from the new winter menu, which includes calamari, pan-seared Ahi tuna and a grilled steak pizza.

City Centre will host a prix fixe dinner on Monday, Dec. 31. Chef Raymond Vandergaag will prepare options for dinners who have multiple destinations for the evening. Wine will be available by the glass, bottle or as a pairing.

City Centre will host a party from 8 p.m.-midnight Monday, Dec. 31. The event will have live music, champagne toasts and a balloon drop. Vandergaag will prepare food for the occasion.

Tickets to the party are $20 and $45 for the dinner. Wine pairings are available for an additional $15 or $30 per person.

City Centre will then host a brunch from 11 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Jan. 1. The menu will include lemon ricotta pancakes, chicken and biscuits and more.
