Field hockey player picks Ball State
A: My favorite athlete is Rachel Dawson, who is a defender on the USA Olympic Field Hockey team. She has an incredible desire and drive for the game. She is an amazing athlete and is captain of the USA team, which is one of my many dreams as an athlete.
Q: Do you plan on playing field hockey in college?
A: I am attending Ball State University. I have already verbally committed and have been accepted. I am signing in February.
Q: Who is your greatest inspiration?
A: My mother. She has had to work her entire life and has been successful. It wasn’t that easy for her, and she still is working today, but because she has had such a hard life, it has shown me that you cannot just wish for things and that you have to work and push yourself.
