Sales roundup for Spring Valley Village, week ending Nov. 11

There were three sales in Spring Valley Village for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8914 Bace Drive. Libbi-Ann Whisler Lake and Annie Rae Whisler (Estate) sold the home to Jonathan E. Heerensperger and Timothy E. Heerensperger on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Built in 1954, the 1,306-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home is in the Bonnie Oaks subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 8909 Croes Drive to Bradley S. Whitfield and Tranette M. Whitfield and the sale of 8801 Croes Drive to Peter G. Nemeth.

Sales volume was 50 percent higher than the previous week and 200 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
