There were 17 sales in Greater Uptown for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

Transactions include the sale of 5322 Fayette St. to Robert G. Owens and the sale of 5633 Bordley Drive to George R. Ward and Lindsay Phares Ward.

Sales volume was 6.2 percent higher than the previous week and 70 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
